Refund/Return Policy

We operate under a 7-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid return also requires the presentation of the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been used and a refund is still desired, only 50% of the product's value will be refunded, and the consumer can retain the product.

The quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return the current item. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
